John received a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1991. He then received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 1995.
John has 24 + years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience managing a wide range of patient diagnoses. He takes special interest in treating complex patients w/ chronic back pain, post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation and non-surgical peripheral joint problems. His main purpose during a course of physical therapy is to help patients understand their diagnosis, what has to happen to improve and how to achieve and maintain their functional goals. In addition to clinical experience John also has gone through several orthopedic surgeries himself which has provided invaluable knowledge for helping patients understand what it takes to achieve their goals.
He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 children along w/ pursuing outdoor adventures that involve hunting, fishing and boating.
