Dr. Lucas Armstrong received his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, Colorado. He is a Board-Certified Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
Dr. Armstrong has practiced physical therapy at private outpatient practices specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, and injury care. He takes special interest in the management of neck pain and headache, employing trigger point dry needling in the management of migraine and cervicogenic headache. He is an advocate of patient centered, evidence based physical therapy practice. He employs manual solutions with focused specific exercise programs to treat each person individually, empowering them to return to function and beyond.
He enjoys skiing, sailing, flyfishing and hiking with his wife, son, and daughter.
