Home Exercise Program

Your physical therapist will develop a home program for you to continue consistently outside of the therapy to address the specific issues that were identified in your evaluation. Your exercises may progress as your condition improves or changes to compliment your new status. The consistency of these exercises and/or stretches is very important to maintaining the gains you have made in therapy and should help speed up your healing process.

It is important for our patients to contribute to their care in physical therapy and commit time outside of the sessions to performing their home program as prescribed. This is proven to not only facilitate your time in physical therapy, but it will also help prevent injury in the future if continued and kept up.
